| | What is the best smelling Men's Cologne? | | My husband has a birthday coming up, and I'm trying to figure out what to get him. He always picks out his own cologne(and alot of it I don't care for the smell of) and I would like to get him some for his birthday. So I'm asking all of you what is the best smelling men's cologne in your opinion? He usually gets a Stetson brand or Old Spice. | |
| | Bon Jovi's new commercial RSVP | | I just saw the new commercial Bon Jovi has advertising the new RSVP men's cologne. How many of you have seen this. He looks soooo good doesn't he? I'd buy the cologne just because of him, but I bet it smells good too! How many of you agree? | |
| | designer bags or whatever bags? | | Hey, do you like designer bags or whatever bags? I'm kind of like in the middle. I own one designer bag - Marc Jacobs but only because it went on sale on Zappos website. Only that one time and never again. I collect good quality leather bags by Juicy Couture and Kenneth Cole and some casual and practical bags by Lucky Brand, Guess and Victoria's Secret but never did it cross my mind to collect big time designer bags. I don't know...they're all of real good quality though -- Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel...but aside from being sooo expensive I really don't think I am up to put myself on that level. I have a friend who has a Louis Vuitton bag but she complains a lot about how expensive things are...can not afford this and cannot afford that. I'm like how can you afford to buy a Louis Vuitton bag? No, no...i didn't say that to her;). People buy famous designer bags for the obvious reason that they can afford them but I think some people buy these bags only because they see them being carried by famous celebrities. What do you think? | |
| | What is your Favorite Clothing Brand? | | All of us have our own style and preferences. How do you clothe yourself? What are the brands you wear? From this, what brand stands out the most?
As for me, I like and buy brands that are most originated from Europe like Germany, UK and Italy. Prefer brands like Fred Perry, Paul Smith, Ben Sherman, Adidas, Umbro, Giorgio Armani, Prada and louis vuitton. I also liks some brands from America like Vans, Hurley, Kenneth Cole and Calvin Klein. Though the brand that I like the most is Ben Sherman, from their apparels, accessories to footwear. I like em' all and make sure that I buy one almost every month. I treat this not only to wrap my body but a collection too. | |

| | Companies That Still Do Experimental Tests On Animals | | Well as you know I've been doing several discussions about animal experimentation, and one MyLotter was curious about if there was some list of which companies do test on animals for so-called cosmetic or other reasons...I came up on a few sites and I was amazed....I had been told Proctor and Gamble does for it's products, but when I looked at the list I was staggered that such companies as Arm & Hammer and Mead were listed...like WTF?? Why would Arm & Hammer test products on animals? For crying out loud, they manufacture of all things, cat litter! Isn't that a contradiction? And Mead??? As in the paper product company? Pray tell, why would they test also? Then you get to see just what products each manufacturer makes...and so many are common products I bet each one of us uses--like glad bags, toothpastes, and on and on--yeesh:On this website one can download the list as a PDF file:http://www.geari.org/companies-test-on-animals.htmlFor those who might have problems downloading the list here it is:Arm & Hammer (Church & Dwight) τBic Corporation (as in Bic Pens)Boyle-Midway (Reckitt Benckiser) Chesebrough-Ponds (Fabergé, Ponds, Vaseline), Church &... | |
